Festival Accessibility

Access across every stage.

Multiple stages, overlapping performances, changing schedules, and teams moving throughout the day. We coordinate interpreters, access points, preparation, and production communication so accessibility works across the festival.

A festival is a coordination challenge.

Multiple stages, changing lineups, large audiences, outdoor environments, and overlapping schedules require an access plan that can move with the event.

Coordination with Production

Coordinated From Start To Finish

Festival access is rarely one team in one place. Interpreters may be preparing for different artists, rotating between stages, covering overlapping performances, and adjusting as schedules and lineups change throughout the day.

We build the interpreting plan around the festival itself — coordinating teams, schedules, preparation, access locations, production contacts, audio and lighting needs, breaks, transitions, and on-site communication.

Once the festival gates open, we stay connected to the production and interpreting teams so the access plan can move with the event.

You run the festival. We coordinate the interpreting.
